Online form builder: build any form you need without code

Porsino’s online form builder is made for every form a business, school or organization needs: from a three-question contact form to a multi-page job application with document upload, signature and manager approval. You drag and drop fields, define conditions in a single sentence, style it with a ready-made skin or a special theme and send the link — responses appear in the live report right away.

Create an online form in four steps

  1. Start from a template or a single sentence

You can take one of the 520 ready-made templates, start from a blank page, or describe the form you want and let AI build a first draft.

  2. Lay out fields and conditions

Drag and drop fields; national ID, mobile number, Jalali date and file each come with their own validation, and with conditional logic everyone sees only the questions that apply to them.

  3. Set the look and the rules

Pick a theme and layout, and set a response limit, a closing date or “one response per person”.

  4. Publish and collect responses

Short link, QR code or website embed; responses land in the table and the reports instantly, and you can export them to Excel.

What forms can you build with the online form builder?

Almost every form you collect today on paper or in a messenger becomes a tidy online form on Porsino, with responses flowing automatically into a table and reports. A few popular examples, each with its own guide page:

  • Registration and admission

Classes, conferences, camps or memberships with capacity limits and tracking codes — Online registration form.

  • Orders and payment

Order forms with an amount calculated from the answers, online payment verified on the server, and an invoice.

  • Hiring and job applications

Personal details, experience, resume and document upload, plus an approval workflow for multi-step review by managers.

  • Requests and complaints

Leave, maintenance or purchase requests and complaints, with a tracking code the respondent uses to follow up.

  • Booking

Doctor, consultation or class appointments with a calendar and capacity per slot, no double bookings.

  • Questionnaires and surveys

For customer and employee satisfaction, see Build an online survey; for research and theses, see Build an online questionnaire. Each has its own specialized reports.

62 field types, built for real-world forms

A good form starts with the right field. Ask for a mobile number in a “short text” field and you get answers in mixed digits, with and without a leading zero, with spaces — all to be cleaned by hand later. On Porsino every field validates itself and gets its own tidy column in the Excel export:

  • Iranian fields: national ID with checksum validation, mobile, IBAN (Sheba), bank card, license plate, province and city, address with postal code, personnel code and Persian date.
  • Choice fields: multiple choice, dropdown, matrix, priority ranking, constant sum, NPS, star rating and Likert scale.
  • Advanced fields: file upload with real type checking, digital signature, map and location, weekly schedule, QR scan and a calculated field with formulas.
  • Operational fields: online payment, appointment booking, SMS one-time code and a tree-structured organizational unit.

The full list of fields and their settings is in the Field types guide.

Smart forms with conditional logic and calculations

A long form that shows every question to everyone gets abandoned halfway. With 24 condition operators and 12 action types you say “if the job type is full-time, show the expected salary question” or “if age is under 18, end the form with a suitable message”. Conditions are re-checked on the server too, so nobody can bypass them by tampering with the browser. A calculated field computes totals, averages, amounts and scores on the spot.

Form design: ready-made skins and special themes

Your form is part of your brand. To start there are 14 ready-made skins — from “Midnight” and “Ocean” to “Paper” and “Corporate” — each adjustable with six card styles, three densities, three button shapes and one- to three-column layouts. Create your colors, logo and font once with the brand kit and apply them to all forms.

  • 15 special themes

Designed themes with artistic backgrounds and an image header: Aurora, Cherry blossom, Ocean, Forest, Desert, Nebula, Paper craft, Marble, Neon, Pastel, Autumn, Winter, Kashi tile, Coffee and Sunset.

  • Brand kit

Your organization's logo, colors and font on every form, from the “Pro” plan up; the same plan also removes the Porsino badge.

  • Separate layout for mobile

Set each field’s width separately for mobile, or show a field only on one type of device.

  • Custom CSS

For when the brand kit isn’t enough; applied only to that form’s public page.

Special themes unlock from the “Pro” or “School” plan up and anyone can preview them; the same plans also activate the 15 special certificate designs for exams.

Publishing, collecting and after submission

  • Short link, QR for posters and reception desks, and website embedding in four ways: inline, popup, slide-in panel and floating button.
  • Respondent control: one response per person, mobile verification by SMS, form password, response limit and closing date.
  • Save and continue later: respondents save a long form halfway and pick up where they left off.
  • After submission: multiple ending pages based on answers, tracking codes, email notifications for you and a receipt for the respondent, approval workflows and delivery to Zapier, Make, n8n or a webhook.
  • Reports and export: 117 built-in reports, breakdown by unit and Excel, CSV, Word and PDF exports that open correctly in Persian Excel.

If you’re coming from Google Forms, a fair comparison of the two tools is on the Google Forms alternative page; and for a quick start, take one of the 520 ready-made templates and change it.

Online form builder FAQ

Is building online forms on Porsino free?

Yes. Building forms, collecting responses, conditional logic, reports and Excel export are included in the free account with no expiry date. More professional features such as online payment or special themes can be activated separately whenever you need them.

Do I need to know programming to build a form?

No. You drag fields from the palette, change their settings in the side panel and build conditions with an “if … then …” sentence. Custom CSS is just an optional extra for advanced users.

How is a special theme different from a regular skin?

Regular skins adjust color, card style and layout. Special themes are complete designs: an artistic background, an image header and a matching decorative layer, such as “Cherry blossom” or “Kashi tile”. Previews are free, and they activate from the “Pro” or “School” plan up.

Can I embed the form in my own site?

Yes: inline with an iframe, or with one line of script as a popup, a slide-in panel or a floating button in the corner of the page. The form height adjusts to its content automatically.

Will I be notified when someone fills in the form?

Yes. Email notifications send you every response and, if you like, a receipt to the respondent; you can also send responses to Telegram, Google Sheets or a CRM.

Is the form builder different from Porsino's survey and questionnaire builders?

No; they're all built with the same editor. Forms collect information and requests, such as registrations, orders or job applications. Surveys and questionnaires use the same editor with measurement fields such as Likert scales, NPS and matrices, plus analytical reports.
