Appearance and brand kit
Match the form's layout, theme, colors, logo and font to your organization's identity.
Go to forms🖌️ "Design" mode in the editor
Choose the "Layout" ("Card", "Page by page", "Conversational", "Two columns" or "Simple") and the "Field layout" (one to three columns).
Pick one of the "Preset themes" or put together your own: "Card style", "Spacing", "Button shape", "Color palette", "Display mode" (light or dark), "Background type", "Corner radius" and "Font size".
🏢 Brand kit
Define your organization's logo and colors once in "Organization brand kit" and apply them to every new form — instead of setting them up from scratch each time.
🧵 Custom CSS
At the bottom of Design mode there's a "Custom CSS (advanced)" box. Any rule you write applies only to that form's public page (and its embedded version), not to the panel.
Use the `fc-…` classes to target elements; scripts and `@import` are stripped automatically.
🏷️ The "Made with Porsino" badge
On a free account's public forms, a small "Made with Porsino" badge appears below the form and on the ending page (not in kiosk mode or in print). The "Pro" and "School" plans and above remove it and also unlock the brand kit and custom CSS.
📱 Separate layout for mobile
In each field's settings, "Width on mobile" takes a separate width for mobile, and "Show on device" shows the field only on mobile or only on desktop. A hidden field is never treated as required.
