🔒 Password on a form

In the "Sharing" tab, fill in the "Password" section. From then on, anyone who opens the link sees the password page first.

Without the password, the questions are never sent from the server at all — meaning no one can see the form's content by viewing the page source.

You can change or remove the password at any time. It works the same on forms, surveys and exams; on an exam the password is asked on the exam's start page.

🪪 One response per code

"One response per person (browser-based)" relies on the browser and can be bypassed with a second phone or incognito mode.

If your form has a question such as "Employee ID" or "National ID", open the "One response per code" section in the "Share → Link settings" tab and select that question. From then on each code can respond only once — anywhere, on any device.

"۱۰۰۲" in Persian digits and "1002" count as the same person, so changing the spelling won't get around it. All the options are covered in the guide "One response per person".

If you turn it on for a form that already has responses, codes that have already responded can't respond again either.
Responses flagged as spam don't use up anyone's code.

🌐 Layout

In the editor, go to "Design" mode → "Layout": "Card", "Page by page", "Conversational", "Two columns" or "Simple".

Conversational mode (one question at a time) gets a better completion rate on mobile.

🔐 Access control

In "Share → Link settings": "Password", "Time range" (with "From date", "Start time", "To date" and "End time") so the form opens and closes automatically, "Maximum responses", and "One response per person (browser-based)".

To close it immediately, click "Close link" in the "More" menu at the top of the form page.

🖼️ Embedding in your own site

In the "Share" tab, "Embed form" card, pick one of four modes: "Inline" (the form right there, with automatic height), "Popup" (a button that opens the form over the page), "Drawer" (the form slides in from the side of the page) and "Floating bubble" (a button in the corner of the page).

All four modes are a single `<script>` line, and "Inline" also has a plain iframe. Change the button text with the `data-label` value; in WordPress put the code in a "Custom HTML" block.

Exams aren't embedded; for an exam, the same card gives you a "Take the exam" button that opens the exam in a new tab (see the guide "Exam on your own site, with entry for authorized people only").

A form can also open on a Porsino subdomain or your own domain — see the “Custom domain” guide.

🏁 Thank-you page and multiple ending pages

In the editor, go to "Settings" mode → "Thank-you page": a title and message (with {{key}}, a field's answer is inserted into the text), "Redirect URL (optional)" with "Redirect delay (seconds)", and "Show 'Submit another response' button".

In the same place, "Multiple endings" → "Add ending" creates several ending messages (for example "You passed" and "Unfortunately not"); in the "Logic" tab, use the "Ending page" action to decide who sees which one.

If no rule fires, the default thank-you page is shown.
