At the top of the library are "Most used" and "Recent"; if you don't know a field's name, search for what you want to do.

💡 Which field for what

National ID, mobile number, IBAN (Sheba) and card number come with built-in Iranian validation — you don't need to configure anything.

"Image choice" is for when respondents need to see the options rather than read them: designs, colors, layouts.

NPS is the familiar "How likely are you to recommend us to others?" question on a 0 to 10 scale, and it has its own dedicated report.

When you measure several items on a shared scale (such as very little to very much), a matrix both saves space and is faster to fill in.

"Exclusive ranking" lets each option be chosen only once — great for prioritization.
A "Calculated field" computes from earlier answers, such as the sum of amounts (see the guide "Formulas and calculations").
"Employee ID" is the basis for "One response per code" and for people's names in reports.
"Dataset lookup (Lookup)" is filled from your dataset and is available from the "Business" plan up.

🎙️ Fieldwork: voice recording and GPS

“Voice recording”: respondents record their answer with the phone or computer microphone, listen back before submitting and re-record if they want. You set the maximum and minimum length (two minutes by default).

“GPS location”: captures the device's current position with accuracy (meters) and time — proof that the interviewer was really on site. The accuracy threshold, automatic capture and moving the point on a map are configurable.

In the form's "Settings" tab, "Capture respondent location" records the location with each response (not as a question), with consent; you see a map on the response, a column in exports and "Where responses were collected" in the reports.

Both work in offline collection: audio stays on the device and is sent when the connection returns; coordinates don't need internet at all.
The server measures the audio length from the file itself and flags implausible accuracy, future timestamps and far manual moves — for quality control of interviewers.

📎 Files: size and retention

In the "File upload" settings, set the allowed file types and "Maximum size (MB)". Your account sets the final limit per file and the total storage: the free account's figures are on the free card of the "Pricing" page, and plans raise them.

Respondents' files (including voice recordings) stay on the server only for a limited time; the bar at the top of the "Responses" tab shows the deletion date, and an email also arrives a few days before it. Signatures are kept.

Before they're deleted, click "Download all files (ZIP)" in "Responses"; with a date range set, only the files from that range are included.

📐 Field width and mobile

Each field can be full width, half, one third or one quarter. Two half-width fields sit side by side.

On mobile, fields automatically go full width so nothing gets squeezed; use "Width on mobile" to set a separate width and "Show on device" to show a field only on mobile or only on desktop. A hidden field is never treated as required.
