Online course-completion certificates and report cards

On Porsino, certificates are tied to the exam. In the exam builder's “Results and certificate” section, you turn on certificates and set the pass mark. From then on you never build a certificate by hand: every participant who passes downloads theirs from the results page once results are published.

   Those who pass download a PDF certificate, and the report card, with the level of detail you allow, is available to everyone.

If you want to create certificates online that don’t look like the same old templates, you have 22 designs: 7 basic designs open to everyone and 15 special designs. All are landscape A4 and always fit on one page, even with long names, titles and a logo, and you set the certificate wording, signatures and color yourself.

• Classic, Modern and Royal

  Ivory paper with a gold frame; a white background with a gradient band and a percentage ring; and navy with a gold guilloche pattern for ceremonies.

• Academic and Corporate

  Parchment with a laurel wreath and wax seal for training courses; a navy header and hexagonal badge for hiring exams and professional qualification.

• Certificate of merit and Persian

  Ribbon, star and medal with a descriptive evaluation for schools; a lapis border with a shamseh and eight-point star for cultural and Quran competitions.

• Organization name and logo

  Your organization’s name, subtitle and logo appear on every design, and before issuing you see a real preview of the certificate.

Special designs are for when a certificate has to be special — top ranks, graduation celebrations, children’s competitions or a specialist medical course. Each has its own geometry and palette, and the motifs are vector-based so they stay sharp in print at any size:

• Imperial, Crest and Golden laurel

  Midnight navy with the Persepolis lotus, a crimson shield with two cypresses and a carpet border, and a laurel wreath around a gold medal; for top ranks and formal ceremonies.

• Illumination, Girih and Watercolor

  A lapis border with arabesques and a headpiece cartouche, ten-point girih stars on turquoise tiles, and Shirazi damask roses with watercolor washes; for cultural, artistic and literary events.

• Blue and green guilloche

  The security pattern of banknotes and securities, one with an eight-point khatam star; for official, financial, licensing and qualification certificates.

• Corporate navy, Geometric modern and Minimal line

  A navy column with a tile pattern, overlapping triangles with a hexagonal seal, and a hairline frame with a single-line paisley; for organizations, startups and minimalist brands.

• Kids and Sport

  Bunting, balloons, pomegranates and a star seal for primary schools; a gold medal with a ribbon and speed stripes for competitions and leagues.

• Medical and Circuit

  An ECG line with a hexagon grid for medicine and first aid; circuit traces and a chip seal on a dark background for programming and technology.

The design is recorded on the certificate itself at issue time. If you later change the exam's design, certificates already issued keep their previous look; a certificate is a document, and one code should never have two appearances.

Every certificate carries a unique code, the address of the verification page and a QR that leads to that same page. Anyone, from an employer to a university, can scan the QR or open the address and see whether this certificate is registered in the system. The verification page shows:

• Certificate status: valid or invalid
• Holder's name and exam title
• Issuing organization's name
• Score, percentage and issue date in the Jalali calendar

Because this information is read from the system itself, nobody can edit the PDF to change a name or score and still pass verification.

Alongside the certificate, every participant gets a report card that's shown on screen and available as a PDF. It shows where the participant did well and where they didn't:

• Final score and percentage, stamped pass, fail or awaiting grading
• Number of correct, incorrect and unanswered questions, negative marking and time spent
• Rank and percentile in the group, and comparison with the group average
• A score table per topic, plus a radar chart when the exam has three or more topics
• A question-by-question answer sheet with the participant's answer and, if you allow it, the correct answer and explanation
• Verification QR on the first page of the report card

• Training centers and online courses

  Run the end-of-course exam online and deliver certificates automatically; collect course registration and tuition with anOnline registration formas well.

• HR and corporate training

  Run new-hire orientation, workplace safety or labor-law exams; templates for all of these are ready, and participants can sign in with their personnel code.

• Report for the training manager

  Pass rates, group comparisons and the pre-test vs. post-test report show how much impact the course had.

• A document that's pointless to forge

  The verification code and QR make forging a certificate pointless, and the design recorded at issue time keeps older certificates untouched.
