Virtual school FAQ
Do students need an account or email to sign in?
No. The teacher creates a number and PIN for each student, or students join with the class link and choose their own PIN. Sign-in is just the class code, number and PIN; no email, mobile number or app install is needed.
Does the virtual school work on phones?
Yes. Both the teacher panel and the student panel are designed for phones: large buttons, a bottom navigation bar and tables that scroll in place. It works the same on tablets and computers, with nothing to install.
Can families see the report card?
Yes, on their own phone with the student's class code, number and PIN. The report card only shows grades the teacher has published; rank and class average appear only if the school has turned them on.
Are the exams secure?
The server keeps the exam time, so the phone's clock has no effect; correct answers are never sent to the browser before the exam ends; and you get random question and option order, full-screen mode and tab-switch logging. An exam set to “class students only” won't open for anyone who hasn't signed in to the student panel. Online anti-cheating can't fully replace in-person proctoring, but it makes cheating hard and records its traces.
How many classes and students can I have?
Plans: “Teacher”: up to 8 classes and 300 students, “School”: up to 40 classes and 1,500 students, “Campus”: unlimited classes and students. If you need more classes or students, an upgrade takes effect immediately and the unused part of your current plan is deducted from the price.
How do payment and renewal work?
Plans are monthly, quarterly or yearly and paid in rials. There's no automatic renewal or charge; you renew whenever you like, you can upgrade at any time, and the unused part of your current plan is deducted from the price.
Why does buying require a verified mobile number?
The school panel holds student information, so virtual school plans are bought with the teacher's or principal's verified mobile number to keep the account owner clear and reachable. Verification is a single SMS code and only needed once; students' numbers aren't required.
Where is the data stored?
On Porsino's server in Iran. Students have no user accounts; only their name and number (and a national ID or mobile number, if entered) are stored, and student PINs are stored encrypted. If you use the AI features, the text you send to them goes to the AI provider for processing.
