Porsino Terms of Service
These terms are the agreement between you and Porsino (porsino.com). By creating an account, buying or using Porsino you accept them; if you do not agree with any part, please do not use the service. The Privacy policy and the Cookie policy form part of these terms.
Last revised: 9 Oct 2026
1. Definitions
- «Porsino»: the online service offered at porsino.com, and the business that runs it.
- «User»: anyone who creates an account or uses the panel.
- «Form owner»: a user who builds and publishes a form, survey, exam or contest, together with their team members.
- «Respondent»: someone who fills in a form or takes part in an exam or contest.
- «Plan»: a paid subscription to one of the tiers offered on the pricing page (such as «Pro» or «School») that unlocks a set of features for a monthly, quarterly or yearly term; the «Exam participant pack» and any other paid item offered there count as a plan too.
- «Licence»: the right to use one or more paid modules for a set period; licences were sold before plans were introduced, and existing licences stay valid until they end.
2. The service
Porsino is an online tool for building forms, surveys, exams, contests, payment and booking forms, résumés and certificates, and for collecting and reporting on responses. Some features are free and some are unlocked with a plan; the details are on the pricing page.
Some features, such as the AI tools and text messages, have their own quotas or conditions. Features may improve, change or be withdrawn over time.
3. Your account and its security
- To open an account or buy you must have full legal capacity (at least 18 years old); younger people only with the permission and supervision of a parent or school.
- Your account details must be accurate and your own; do not open an account with someone else's email or number.
- Keep your password secret; you are responsible for everything done with your account. If you think someone has got into it, change your password and let us know.
- Signing in with Google or with organisational sign-in opens or creates an account with that email address, and these terms apply to it.
- Colleagues you invite to your team can reach the team's shared data, and their actions are your responsibility.
4. Acceptable and prohibited use
Do not use Porsino to:
- Phish or impersonate: build a form or page that poses as a bank, organisation, shop or another person
- Collect passwords, one-time codes, card PINs, CVV2 numbers, expiry dates or full bank card numbers through ordinary form fields; take money only with the payment field and through a bank gateway
- Publish or collect content that is illegal under the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran, obscene, hateful or threatening, fraudulent, or that infringes other people's copyright or intellectual property
- Spam: send bulk invitations, emails or text messages to people who have not agreed to them, or whose addresses or numbers you obtained improperly
- Collect sensitive information (health, financial, national ID numbers and the like) without need, without telling the respondent, or to misuse it
- Upload malware, try to break in or get around security, scrape data automatically in bulk, or put abnormal load on the service
- Get around plan limits and locks, open account after account to exploit the free features or the trial, or resell the service without written permission
If we find a breach or receive a report, we may remove or hide content, take a form offline, and suspend or block the account — without prior notice in urgent or illegal cases (such as phishing). Serious cases are reported to the legal authorities. If we got it wrong, write to us and we will review it again.
Reporting abuse: if you see a phishing, fraudulent or illegal form on Porsino, send its address through the contact page; such reports are handled before other messages.
5. Form owners' duties to respondents
- Tell respondents who you are, what you ask, why, and how long you keep it; where needed, include your own privacy notice in the form's description
- Ask only for what you need, and get consent for sensitive data
- Switch off IP and browser recording, or make the form anonymous, when you do not need them; use anti-cheating, the webcam and device lock only for their stated purpose
- If you send responses to the AI tools or to outside destinations (webhooks, Google Sheets, the API), it is your job to tell respondents and your responsibility
- For forms filled in by children and teenagers (a school exam, for example), obtain the consent of parents or the school yourself
- Deal with respondents' requests to see, correct or delete their answers, and download files before they are deleted automatically
- Send text messages and emails only to people who gave you their number or address with consent
Porsino does not review forms in advance; the form owner is responsible for the content, the questions and how the responses are used. Towards respondents, the form owner is the controller and Porsino keeps the data on the owner's instructions.
6. Content and ownership
- The forms, questions, files and responses you collect are yours. You only allow Porsino to host, process, back up and display them in order to provide this service.
- You confirm that you have the right to use the content you upload (such as logos, images and text).
- Porsino's name, logo, design, code and texts belong to Porsino. You may use the ready-made templates, certificate and résumé designs and the site's images inside the service and in your own outputs, but not sell or publish them as a separate product.
- If you give us suggestions or feedback, we may use them to improve Porsino without any obligation.
7. Plans and payment
Prices, each plan's features and limits, terms, discounts and the free account's limits are published on the pricing page and in «My subscription», and those pages are the reference. Prices may change, but a change never affects a plan you have already bought or its paid term.
- Plans are offered to each audience in tiers, each including everything in the tier below for the same audience, and are bought monthly, quarterly or yearly. Every plan — except in a downgrade — is active for its term from the moment the payment is confirmed, and buying the same plan again is added to the end of the current term.
- Upgrade: if, when you buy a plan, you have an active paid plan or licence whose features are all included in the new plan, its unused share — in proportion to the time left and the amount you actually paid — is deducted from the new plan's price and the new plan takes its place; if that credit exceeds the price, it becomes extra days on the new plan.
- Downgrade: if your active plan has all of the new plan's features and more, the new plan starts at the end of the current term, and all your current features stay open until then.
- Earlier module licences stay valid with the same features until they end, and you can renew them in «My subscription»; a licence that includes something outside the new plan is not removed when you buy a plan.
- Cancellation and refunds for every purchase follow the Cancellation and refunds section.
- The amount on the pro-forma is the final amount; if Porsino is subject to VAT, the tax is included in that amount and shown separately on the official invoice.
- Payment is by a Shaparak-licensed bank gateway or by card-to-card transfer (whichever is active). With a gateway, the plan is activated as soon as the server confirms the transaction; with card-to-card, once you register the receipt within the stated deadline and it is approved. An incorrect or incomplete receipt may be rejected, with the reason given.
- There is no automatic renewal or charging; nothing is paid unless you buy it yourself.
- The free account never expires. Its limits and features are set by the administrator and may change; items over a limit may be locked, but no data is deleted.
- The free trial, whenever it is offered — whether you start it yourself or it is offered to some new accounts after their first publish — is once per account; if starting it requires verifying a mobile number with an SMS code, it is also only once per number, even with another account. The trial has no grace period and nothing is charged automatically afterwards; when it ends no data is deleted and the account returns to the free limits.
- The welcome gift, automatic discounts and discount codes each have their own published conditions (period, eligible features, number of uses); the welcome gift does not stack with a code, and whichever is larger applies. Discount codes have no cash value.
- When a plan or licence ends, your forms, responses and reports stay; only new actions with its features stop, and responses above the free limit stay «Queued» until buying a plan opens them.
- The invoice for each purchase is in «My subscription», and once you enter the buyer's details an official invoice with a verification QR code is issued.
- Payments respondents make on your payment forms go straight to your own gateway; the deal is between you and the respondent and Porsino is not a party to it. Informing the buyer, delivering the goods or service and refunding that money are your responsibility.
- If money was taken but the order was not activated, check «My payments» or contact us. A transaction that was never confirmed is returned to your account automatically by the bank under Shaparak's rules.
8. Cancellation and refunds
Under Article 37 of Iran's Electronic Commerce Law you have a right to withdraw from a distance purchase. At Porsino it works like this:
- Within 7 working days of the purchase, if you have not yet used any of the features that licence or pack unlocked, the full amount is refunded on request.
- A plan (or licence) is active immediately after payment. Using its features — for example publishing or saving with a paid feature, taking a paid export or report, having queued responses opened, starting an exam with a pack credit, or sending text messages — means you asked for the service to start straight away, and from that moment, under Article 38 of the same law, the right to withdraw from that purchase no longer applies.
- If Porsino cannot provide what you bought because of a technical problem on its side and does not fix it within 7 working days of your report, the unused part of that purchase is refunded in proportion to the days remaining.
- A duplicate, excess or mistaken payment (paying for the same order twice, say, or a card-to-card transfer above the amount due) is always refunded in full.
- The trial, the free account and free activations with a 100% discount code cost nothing, so there is nothing to refund.
- The money is paid into a bank account in the payer's name (by IBAN) within 7 working days of the request being approved, and no bank fee is deducted.
- When a refund is made, the plan, licence or credit from that order is cancelled and its invoice is marked «refunded».
Send your request through the contact page with your account email, the order or reference number, and an IBAN in your own name. We never need your card number or PIN; do not send them to anyone.
9. Support and complaints
- Send questions, problems or complaints through the contact page; every message is logged in our support inbox and followed up.
- You get a first reply within 2 working days, and a complaint is resolved within 7 working days; if it needs more investigation, we tell you why and when to expect an answer.
- If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you can take it further through the complaints system of eNamad or the competent legal authorities.
10. Availability and changes to the service
- We try to keep the service available at all times, but updates, infrastructure failures, internet disruption or network restrictions can cause interruptions; uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
- We may change or withdraw features. If a feature included in your active plan or licence is removed for good, we provide an equivalent replacement until that term ends or refund the remaining days.
- Porsino's backups are for recovering from failures and do not replace your own copy; export important data regularly, especially response files, which are deleted after a while.
11. Suspension, closure and termination
- You can delete your account at any time from «Settings › Security». Deleting the account does not refund the rest of a plan or licence, except as described under «Cancellation and refunds».
- Porsino may suspend or block a form or account for a breach of these terms, abuse, a security risk or an order from a competent authority. Except in urgent or illegal cases, we warn you by email first and give you a chance to explain or export your data.
- If an account is closed without any breach on your part, the remaining days of active plans and licences are refunded.
- After deletion, data is erased as described in the Privacy policy.
12. Limitation of liability and force majeure
- The service is provided «as is». Porsino is not liable for indirect loss, lost profit, data you deleted yourself, or decisions based on the results of forms, exams or AI output; nor for outages of bank gateways, the text-message gateway, the internet or services you connect yourself.
- Porsino's total liability to you is limited to what you paid Porsino in the three months before the event. This limit does not apply where the law does not allow it (for example, wilful misconduct).
- You are responsible for loss caused to Porsino or others by a breach of these terms or by the content of your forms.
- Force majeure: Porsino is not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond its control (such as natural disasters, war, nationwide internet or power cuts, sanctions, widespread banking outages or decisions of the authorities). Service resumes once the obstacle is gone, and after a long interruption we add the lost days to the plan or licence as far as possible.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran, including the Electronic Commerce Law and the Consumer Rights Protection Act. We first try to settle any dispute by talking it through via the contact page; failing that, the competent courts of Iran decide.
If any part of these terms is found invalid, the rest remains in force. The Persian text is authoritative; the English version is a translation.
14. Changes to these terms
The date of the last revision is at the top of the page. We announce important changes on the site and by email at least 7 days before they take effect, unless the law requires an immediate change. Continuing to use the service afterwards means you accept the new version; if you do not, you can close your account.
15. Contact
Send questions about these terms from the Contact us page.
