Online registration form: register, verify and track in one link

Porsino's online registration form handles every step in a single link: it collects details, verifies the mobile number by SMS, closes itself when capacity is reached and gives each registrant a tracking code. Building and publishing are free, and the free account gets 50 responses a month; more responses unlock with any monthly, quarterly or yearly plan, and no response is ever lost.

  • Free up to 50 responses a month
  • Session selection with appointment booking
  • Jalali calendar
  • Automatic tracking code

Online registration form templates for classes, conferences and competitions

You don't have to start from a blank page. The “Course Registration,” “Event Registration” and “Sports Competition Registration” templates are ready; pick one and tailor its fields to your needs.

  • Classes and training courses

Name, mobile, national ID, level and class session; you can also compute the course fee with a calculated field from the number of sessions or people and show it to the registrant.

  • Conferences and events

Name, organization, role and workshop selection, each workshop with its own capacity; set the registration window with start and end dates.

  • Competition

Participant or team details, age group, document uploads and acceptance of the competition rules before submitting.

  • Built-in Iranian fields

National ID with check-digit validation, mobile, province and city, and Jalali dates — no hand-written patterns.

If the form is long, split it into pages or enable “save and continue later,” so someone who doesn't have a document at hand can pick up where they left off.

Capacity limit

You can set capacity at three levels:

  • Whole-form cap: when a set number is reached, the form closes and shows a message you wrote yourself (for example, “Capacity is full”).
  • Capacity per option: for example, 20 in the morning class and 15 in the evening class; a full option can no longer be selected, and you can show remaining capacity too.
  • Quotas: for example, at most 50 people from one city; when a quota fills, that option is disabled or the whole form closes.

SMS mobile verification

With mobile verification on, registrants must enter the code texted to them before submitting, and without it the registration doesn't go through. By default each number gets only one completed registration; code validity and the number of attempts are limited so nobody can guess it.

To send codes, an SMS gateway must be configured in the system settings.

Tracking code and tracking page

Turn on tracking codes so every registration gets a unique code such as TRK-1405-00001, shown instantly on the thank-you page. The prefix and pattern — the Jalali year and a sequence number, for example — are up to you.

The registrant, later, on the public pageTrack by tracking codeThey enter their code and see the status of their request. If registrations need to be reviewed and approved, build a multi-step workflow; the result of each step — approved, rejected or returned for correction — appears on that same page. For privacy, you can also require a mobile number or national ID before the status is shown.

Session selection with appointment booking

If participants need to pick a day and time — a placement session, an interview or a visiting slot — add the “appointment booking” field. You set the slot length, capacity per slot, working days and hours and holidays, and the Jalali calendar shows only the free times.

Capacity per slot is held atomically; if two people click the last open slot at the same time, only one succeeds. Everyone gets a private link to their appointment so they can add it to their calendar (ics file) or reschedule or cancel it within the deadline you set.

Frequently asked questions

Does building an online registration form cost anything?

No. Building the form, collecting registrations, capacity limits, tracking codes and Excel export are all in the free account; SMS verification and appointment booking are in the “Business” plan and above. Building and publishing are free, and the free account gets 50 responses a month; more responses unlock with any monthly, quarterly or yearly plan, and no response is ever lost.

Do registrants need to create an account?

No. Registrants just open the link and fill in the form. Only you, the form owner, need an account.

What happens when capacity is full?

The form closes automatically and shows a message you wrote yourself. If you set capacity on options, only the full option becomes unavailable and the rest stay open.

How do registrants track their status?

They see the tracking code on the thank-you page and later enter it on the “Track by tracking code” page. If you have an approval workflow, the current step and the result of each step are shown right there.

Can I export the registration list to Excel?

Yes. Export Excel or CSV from the Responses section; dates come in both Jalali and Gregorian, and province and city are placed in two separate columns.

Can I put the form on my own website?

Yes. Copy the iframe code from the Share section and place it on your site; a short link and QR are ready for posters and messaging apps too.
