Tracking code
Give respondents a code so they can follow the status of their request.
Go to forms🎫 What it does
When it's on, every response gets a unique code (such as TRK-1405-00001), which is shown to the user on the thank-you page and in the email receipt.
Later, the user can enter the code on the "tracking" page (at /track) and see which stage their request is at.
⚙️ Turning it on
- 1 In the form editor, open "Settings" mode
- 2 In the "Tracking code" section, turn on "Tracking code for each response"
- 3 Set the "Prefix" and "Pattern" as you like For example, {prefix}-{jyear}-{seq:05}; a live preview appears below it.
- 4 If you like, set "Identity check on the tracking page (optional)" To see the status, the respondent also enters their mobile number, national ID or email.
Tracking codes are free on every account.
