Reports
117 ready-made reports, filters and breakdowns, period comparison and exports.
Go to forms🧾 Reports build themselves
You don't need to set anything up. As soon as the first response arrives, the "Reports" tab fills in: a chart card for each question, counters and the executive summary.
It has three views: "Simple" (the cards), "Pro" (an explorer of all reports, trends over time, devices and analytical reports) and "Period comparison". There are 117 ready-made reports in all, and each form shows only the ones that fit its question types.
🧠 Smart reports for each question
Under each card's title is a row of chips: "Main view" and the reports that fit that question's type. For example, "Descriptive statistics" and "Box plot" for numbers, "Satisfaction score (CSAT)" for stars, "Promoter/passive/detractor breakdown" for NPS, "Word cloud" and "Most frequent answers" for text, and "Day-of-week distribution" for dates.
🔎 Filter — the most important feature
You can say "only those who chose option 1" and then see how that same group answered the other questions.
This is where the real analysis happens, not in the overall chart.
🔬 Advanced filter — "only those who …"
At the top of the report page, open "Advanced filter" and set conditions: "unit is one of Technical and Support" and "satisfaction less than or equal to 3".
You can choose "All conditions match" or "Any condition matches". Each question gets the operators that suit it: choice questions offer a list to pick from, numeric ones "less than" and "between", and text ones "contains".
Besides the form's questions, you can also filter by device, response status, fill time, response quality and — if you have quotas — quota.
✅ High-quality responses only
The "High-quality responses only" switch sets suspicious responses aside: a response that spent less than about two seconds per question, or a matrix with the same answer in every row. The "What counts as a suspicious response?" guide next to it explains this.
🔖 Saved views — set it up once, one click every time
Once you have set a filter or a date range, click "Save current view" and give it a name; for example "Unhappy respondents in Technical".
From then on, one click on its name brings back that exact state: the same conditions, the same date range and the same segmentation.
You can create up to twenty views per form. Views are visible to every teammate who has access to the form.
💬 What the text under each chart means
Under each chart there are one or two plain-language sentences explaining what the numbers mean: which option is winning, whether its lead is real or within noise, and what percentage are satisfied versus dissatisfied.
These sentences are generated from these very numbers, not by AI — so they never make anything up.
🧭 Segment by unit or branch
If your form has a field such as department, branch, city or shift, pick one in "Break down by" at the top of the page.
From that moment every number on the page is calculated for that segment only: the counters, every chart, the executive summary and even the export file.
🙋 Who chose what
At the bottom of each question's card, the "Who chose each option" button ("Each person's response" for non-choice questions) opens a table of names right there. This is "People reports", which works from the "Pro" or "Class" plan up; details are in the guide "Who chose what".
💡 Executive summary
At the top of the page, a few plain-language sentences tell you what won, where the race is close, which options split opinion, and what the next step is.
These sentences are generated from the numbers themselves, not by AI — so no figure is ever made up. "Copy text" copies them, and the same text also appears in the PDF export.
📈 Period comparison and key drivers
The "Period comparison" view puts two to four periods side by side — for example "This month vs last month" or the waves of a campaign — and tells you for each question whether "The difference is significant"; with a small sample, it says "Sample too small to judge".
For rating questions, the "Key drivers (importance–performance)" report shows which topics build satisfaction: "Improvement priority", "Strength", "Low priority" and "Possible overkill".
📤 Exporting
In "Reports", on the "Export" card: "Excel", "SPSS (.sav)", "Word" and "JSON" are available on every account; "Executive summary PDF", "Full report PDF" and "Proposed plan PDF" are available from the "Pro" or "School" plan up. The file is built in the background and downloads automatically.
The responses themselves: "Responses" tab → "Export" menu: "Excel (.xlsx)", "CSV" and "SPSS (.sav)" — one row per respondent.
🖥️ Dashboards, public links and live presentation
The "Dashboard" tab arranges the cards you choose side by side, "Public link" shows the report to others without signing in, and "Present" puts the results on the big screen in real time; details are in the guide "Custom dashboards and live presentation".
