Who chose what (people reports)
The names of people who picked each option, each person's answer to every question, and each person's choices in rankings.
Go to forms🙋 Where to find it
- 1 Open the form and go to the "Reports" tab
- 2 At the bottom of each question's card, click "Who chose each option" For non-choice questions, the same button is "Each person's response".
- 3 The table opens right there under the card For choice questions: option, count, percentage and "Who"; for the rest: name, response and date. "Hide the list of people" collapses it.
🪪 Where the name comes from
The name is read from one of the form's own fields and picked automatically: first a field titled "Name", then "Employee ID", then a national ID or other identifier, and if there's none of these, the first short text field. If the form has no suitable field, the rows become "Respondent 1, 2…"; in exams, the name comes from the participant's entry details.
To pick a different field, in the "Pro" view the "Who chose what" and "Respondent list" cards have a "Which question holds the respondent's name" option.
🏆 Ranking questions
The ranking card has no separate button; instead it shows these sections: "Final ranking (Borda score)", "Winner of each position", "Who gave this position" (with a "Position" selector) and "Each person's choices" — one row per person and one column per rank.
🔑 Plan, filters and files
The list of people ("People reports") is unlocked from the "Pro" (Forms & surveys) or "Class" (Exams & education) plan up; without it, clicking the button shows the message "This feature is not included in your current package" with the suggested plan.
The list follows the date range and "Breakdown", but not the "Advanced filter"; and it has no separate download button.
For a file, get an Excel file from "Export" in "Responses": each row is one person with all their answers, and each ranking position has its own column; in Excel, a column filter separates the names for each option.
