Editing responses and history
Correct a submitted response — with a full record of the changes.
📝 Editing from the panel
Open a response in the “Responses” tab and edit it. The previous version is not deleted and can be restored from the history.
🕘 History
Every edit creates a version: who, when, and exactly which field changed from what value to what value.
This is essential for forms that get audited.
🔗 Editing by the respondent
You can give the respondent an edit link so they can correct their own answer. This is also recorded in the history, with the source "public".
Editing from the panel, restoring a version and edit links are unlocked from the "Basic" or "Class" plan up; viewing the history is always free.
🏷️ Tags and notes on each response
In each response's window, add a "New tag" (for example "Followed up") and write an "Internal note" that only your team sees; the "Responses" toolbar has a "Label" filter.
