Custom dashboards and live presentation
Arrange the cards you want side by side, share them with others via a link and show them on the big screen.
Go to forms🧩 Arranging a dashboard
- 1 Open the form and go to the "Dashboard" tab The first time, "Create your first dashboard"; after that, "New dashboard".
- 2 Click "Edit layout" and add reports with "Add card" Drag and resize the cards, then click "Save".
You can create up to ten dashboards per form; creating a dashboard is available from the "Pro" or "School" plan up.
🔗 Public report link
In the same tab, "Public link" → "Create link": choose the dashboard you want and, if you like, set "Expiry (optional)" and "Password (optional)". Anyone with the link sees the report live without signing in; turn on "Show sample text responses" only if needed.
📽️ Live presentation
Click the "Present" button and put the screen on a projector; every new response lands on the chart the moment it arrives.
It's built for live polls in meetings or conferences; live updates are available from the "Pro" or "School" plan up.
