Anonymous employee satisfaction survey

Employees answer with peace of mind because no trace of them is stored; you get satisfaction for each area, a comparison of departments and written suggestions.

🧱 Questions

1. 1 "Department" — "Department" or "Dropdown" Keep the groups broad (for example "Tech" instead of the names of two-person teams) so no one can be identified by their department.
2. 2 "Tenure" — "Single choice" with ranges For example, less than one year, one to three years, more than three years.
3. 3 "Satisfaction with…" — "Star matrix" Rows: pay, direct manager, work environment, growth and training.
4. 4 "How likely are you to recommend working here to your friends?" — "NPS" That's the eNPS.

⚙️ Settings

1. 1 The "Settings" tab → turn on "Anonymous survey" and click "Republish"
2. 2 "Share → Link settings" → "One response per person (browser-based)" "One response per code" with a personnel code breaks anonymity.
3. 3 Don't ask for name, personnel code or mobile number, and don't turn on SMS verification

📤 Publishing and sending

Share the link in your organization's group or an internal email and say the survey is anonymous; an anonymity message is also shown at the top of the form itself.

📊 Which report gives you the answer

"Break down by" "Department" to compare departments; "Executive summary" for a few ready-made sentences for the manager; and for long texts, "Auto-categorize" in the "AI analysis" card.

Anonymous mode, "One response per person", reports and breakdowns are free. For an executive PDF, the "Pro" plan, and for comparing with the previous round ("Research analytics"), the "Research" plan.
