Appointment booking for clinics, consultations and services

🎯 The end result

Clients choose a free slot from the Persian (Jalali) calendar, two people never get the same appointment, clients reschedule or cancel on their own, and you have each day's list of appointments.

⚙️ Settings

1. 1 In the "Booking" field's settings, set the length of each appointment and the capacity of each slot For example, half-hour appointments for one person.
2. 2 Set the working days and hours, and the holidays
3. 3 Set the cancellation and rescheduling deadline Clients get a personal link to their appointment, can reschedule or cancel it until that deadline, and can add it to their own calendar.
4. 4 "Settings" tab → "Email notification" → "Receipt for the respondent"; for paid appointments, turn on "Online payment" too

📤 Publishing and sending

Put the link in your social media bios, your business map listing and your website, and the QR code on the reception desk.

📊 Which report gives you the answer

When a form has a booking field, the "Bookings" tab shows the list of appointments; "Reports" shows each service type's share and the booking trend.

🔑 Required plan

Appointment booking is available from the "Business" plan up, and payment for paid appointments is included there too.
