Contacts and invitations
Build lists, send personal invitations and set reminders.
Go to contacts👥 Contact lists
Add your contacts in "Contacts" (by hand or from Excel), group them, and then send them invitations.
The same lists also work for exams: link one list to several exams (see the guide "Exam on your own site, with entry for authorized people only").
✉️ Single-use invitations
Create a campaign in the form's "Invitations" tab: each person gets their own unique link. That means you know who has responded and who hasn't, and no one can respond twice.
You can set an automatic reminder so it is sent again to those who haven't responded yet.
Campaigns and invitations are unlocked from the "Business" or "School" plan up.
