Option capacity and stock
Give each option a limit, deduct product stock, and close automatically when full.
Go to forms🎟️ Capacity per option
For "Single choice", "Multiple choice", "Dropdown", "Searchable dropdown", "Segmented buttons", "Image choice" and "Exclusive ranking".
- 1 In the editor ("Create" mode), click a choice question and, under "Options", open the "Option details" arrow
- 2 Enter that option's limit in "Capacity" "Empty or 0 = unlimited"; an option with a limit gets a "Capacity …" badge.
- 3 Publish the form When the limit is reached, the option is disabled and shows "Full"; an open page also refreshes itself every few seconds.
📦 Stock: the sum of a number field
Respondents see "In stock: …"; if they ask for more than what's left, they get the message "More than the stock", and once it runs out, "Out of stock".
- 1 Click a "Number" or "Quantity / order" field and fill in "Total stock (optional)" Each response deducts its own amount from the stock, e.g. the kilos ordered.
- 2 To show what's left, turn on "Show the remaining stock to respondents"
👥 Overall form limit and group quotas
To close the whole form after a set number of responses, set "Maximum responses" in "Share → Link settings".
If the limit depends on a combination of answers (e.g. "200 women, 150 people from Tehran"), use the "Quotas" card in the "Settings" tab; the "Quotas and randomization" guide covers it in full.
