AI: forms, questions and analysis from one sentence

Build a form from one sentence, turn text and files into exam questions, and get analysis from your reports.

Build a form with AI

✨ A form from one sentence

  1. 1 In "Forms", click "New form" and under "Creation method" choose "With AI" Also set the "Type": "Form", "Survey" or "Exam".
  2. 2 Under "What form do you want?", describe what you're looking for For example, "A programming course registration form with name, mobile, skill level and class day"; at least one complete sentence.
  3. 3 If you like, also set "Audience", "Purpose", "Length", "Form language" and "Tone" Three ready-made examples also fill in the text with one click.
  4. 4 Click "Create" and check the preview It shows the number of pages, fields and logic rules; if you don't like it, click "Regenerate".
  5. 5 Click "Create this form" The form opens in the editor and can be edited like any other form.
An "exam" created here is a form with scored options; for a full exam with a timer, report cards and certificates, start from "Exams" and build the questions with AI.
A new form counts toward your account's "of each type" limit; if you've reached the limit for that type, archive one before creating so today's quota isn't wasted.

🪄 Editing a form with one sentence

  1. 1 In the form editor, click the ✨ "Edit with AI" button at the top of the page
  2. 2 Write your request in "What should I change?" For example, "Add a satisfaction question from 1 to 5 at the end of the form" or "Make the tone of all questions more formal".
  3. 3 "Suggest" shows the list of changes; if you like them, click "Apply to form", otherwise write a different request After applying, "Undo" (Ctrl+Z) reverts them all.

📚 Exam questions from a topic, text or file

  1. 1 In the "Question bank" or in an exam's questions, click "Build with AI" The contest builder has a "With AI" button too.
  2. 2 Choose the source: "From a topic" or "From text or a file" Paste the text or provide a PDF, Word or plain-text file.
  3. 3 Set "Question types", "Number of questions", "Difficulty" and, if you like, "Bloom level" Ten question types, from multiple choice to essay; each question's score is either equal or based on difficulty.
  4. 4 Click "Create", select the questions you want and click "Add … questions" The questions go to the bank and, if you came from an exam, are also added to the exam.
Read generated questions before running the exam; the AI may get an answer key or an option wrong.

📊 Analyzing reports and text responses

On the "Reports" tab, the "AI analysis" card has two buttons: "Executive summary" (a few AI-written sentences for managers, separate from the numeric summary at the top of the page) and "Smart report analysis" with "Key findings", "Group differences", "Suggested actions" and "Ask next time".

For text questions, choose the "Text field" and click "Auto-categorize"; "Add to response tags" tags each response with its category so you can separate them in "Responses" with the "Label" filter.

The model only receives the report's aggregated numbers, not respondents' names. The executive summary also appears in the full PDF report.

If the responses haven't changed, clicking again returns the same saved result and doesn't use up any quota.

🎟️ Daily quota and plans

Every user gets a free daily quota for each kind of task: creating forms, editing forms, creating questions, analyzing reports and text tasks. Next to the button you'll see how much of today's quota is left; the quota resets at 00:00 Tehran time, and failed tasks don't count against it.

Plans that include the "AI assistant" ("Institute", "Research" and "Enterprise") raise the quota. When the quota runs out, the "Plan required" window suggests that plan.

Today's free quotaLive from the server
  • 3AI-built forms per day
  • 5AI form edits per day
  • 3AI exam-question runs per day
  • 2AI report analyses per day
  • 5AI summaries, categorisations and translations per day
  • 40Daily AI quota (assistant)
The resume assistant and "Suggest a score with AI" for essay answers have no free quota; they require a plan with the "AI assistant", and the system administrator turns on access to them for the account.
The "AI assistant" page in the panel menu is for asking how to use the site; the plans' "AI assistant" is something else and raises the quota for AI creation and analysis.
