Free plan, plans and buying

🎯 At a glance

Building forms, surveys and exams starts with a free account. Whenever you need more, you buy one of the three-tier plans for your audience — "Forms & surveys", "Exams & education" or "Organizations & research" — monthly, quarterly or yearly; "Resume Pro" is a separate plan for the resume builder.

There's no auto-renewal and no automatic card charges; nothing is paid unless you buy it yourself. Which plan fits your work is covered in the "Which plan should I buy?" guide.

🎁 What the free account includes

The free account never expires and doesn't require a bank card. Each type — form, survey and exam — has its own limit on "active items", and contests and resumes have their own limits too; archived and trashed items don't count.

Responses have two limits: one per Jalali (Persian calendar) month for the whole account, and one per form. Today's numbers and the list of free features are set by the system administrator; the card below was just loaded from the server, and in the panel it also appears under "Not buying yet? Your free-forever features".

♾️ "Free forever": items created before sales began

Every form, survey, exam or resume you created before sales began (11 Mehr 1405) has a "Free forever" badge in the list: it doesn't count toward any limit, it's never locked, and its responses are never "Queued".

Features those items had — even ones that need a plan today — keep working as before. The exceptions are AI, which has its own daily quota, and account and team features (new members, API keys, single sign-on), which aren't tied to a single form.

📦 Plans, tiers and terms

Each audience has three tiers, and each tier includes everything in the tier below: "Basic", "Pro" and "Business" for forms and surveys; "Class", "School" and "Institute" for exams and education; "Team", "Research" and "Enterprise" for organizations and researchers. Each audience's middle tier is marked "Recommended", and "Enterprise" is activated only through sales.

Every plan can be bought monthly, quarterly or yearly; longer terms cost less per month and yearly is the best value. Today's prices for all plans and terms:

🛒 Buying, step by step

1. 1 Open the "Pricing" page or "My subscription" "My subscription" is in the panel menu, under "Account"; both have the same plans and the same prices.
2. 2 Choose your audience "Forms & surveys", "Exams & education" or "Organizations & research"; the calculator on the "Pricing" page asks a few questions and suggests the cheapest plan that covers everything you need.
3. 3 Choose the term: monthly, quarterly or yearly The price of each term is on the plan's card.
4. 4 Click the button on the plan's card The pro forma shows the amount, the validity period, the coupon and — if you have another plan — the credit left on it.
5. 5 Choose how to pay: card-to-card or online payment through the gateway Whichever is enabled is shown. With the gateway, the plan is activated the moment the server confirms the payment.

🏦 Card-to-card transfer and payment approval

1. 1 On the "Card-to-card payment" page, copy the card number with "Copy card number" and transfer "exactly this amount" The last few toman of the amount identify your order; don't round the amount, so your transfer is found quickly.
2. 2 In "Submit payment receipt", add a photo or PDF of the receipt, or paste the bank's SMS text into "Bank SMS or internet-bank receipt text" "Tracking number", amount and time are filled in automatically from the SMS; on a phone there's also "Take a photo of the receipt".
3. 3 Click "Submit receipt for approval" The order status changes to "Pending verification". Once the payment is approved, the plan is activated immediately and you get a "Congratulations" banner in the panel, an email and an SMS.

🧾 Official invoice

1. 1 In "My subscription", open the "My payments" tab All orders are here, with status, amount, discount code and tracking number.
2. 2 On a paid order, click "View and download invoice" The document is titled "Sales invoice for goods and services".
3. 3 Fill in "Buyer details for the invoice" "Individual" (name and national ID) or "Company (legal entity)" (national company ID and economic code), with address and postal code; with "Use these details on future invoices too" you won't need to enter them again.
4. 4 Click "Print / save as PDF" If you also see a "Download PDF" button, it gives you the same invoice directly as a PDF.

⏳ Free trial and welcome gift

If your account is eligible, you can activate the middle tier of your audience's plans ("Pro" or "School") free for a few days: you verify your mobile number with an SMS code and the trial starts right away; only once per account and per mobile number, with no bank card and no automatic charges. If a locked feature is part of the trial, the "Plan required" window suggests this too.

Some new accounts get a “first-publish gift” after publishing their first form or exam: a bell notification and a banner at the top of the panel that activate the trial once you verify your mobile (if you already have a verified number that has never had a trial, it starts automatically); an email arrives before the trial ends.

When the trial ends, no data is deleted and nothing is charged: the account returns to the free limits, responses beyond the limit stay "Queued" and items beyond the limit are locked until you buy a plan.

Welcome gift: new accounts get an automatic discount on their first purchase for a while after signing up. The bar at the top of the panel shows the percentage and counts down the time left, and a "Welcome gift" line appears on the pro forma invoice without any code.

🏷️ Discount codes

Enter the code in the "Coupon" box on the purchase pro forma and click "Apply"; the code's discount is shown separately on the pro forma.

Festival codes have a bar at the top of pages: click the code to copy it, or click "Use code" to go to "My subscription" and have the code applied automatically when you buy.

📥 "Queued" responses: no response is ever lost

If the response limit is reached, the form doesn't close and respondents notice nothing; they get the same ending page, receipt and tracking code. New responses are saved but stay "Queued", and until they're released they don't appear in the list, reports or exports.

The "… new responses are queued" bar and the queue card in the panel show how many there are, and the card also shows the cheapest plan that releases them all. When a plan that raises the limit (or a trial period) is activated, they're released automatically in order of arrival and you get a summary email.

🔒 When you're over the free limit

If you have more active items of one type than the free limit, the extra ones are locked after a deadline announced in the panel; the most active ones (latest response, then latest edit) stay open. Before the deadline, a countdown bar at the top of the panel and a "Will be locked" badge let you know.

A locked item has a "Locked · free limit" badge: its public page shows "This form is not accepting responses right now." and editing and publishing are blocked, but its responses, reports and exports can always be read.

To unlock, archive or delete one of the items of that type, or buy a plan that raises the limit — every "Forms & surveys", "Exams & education" and "Organizations & research" plan has unlimited active forms and exams; both take effect immediately.

⌛ When a plan ends

A few days before it ends, a reminder email arrives, and in "My subscription" you renew the same plan for the same term; the renewal is added to the end of the current term.

After the due date, a short "Grace period" keeps your access (trial periods have no grace period); then the account returns to the free plan.

What stays: all forms, responses, reports and exports — data is never locked or deleted. What stops: new work using that plan's features (e.g. PDF report exports or people reports); responses beyond the free limit become "Queued", SMS verification codes aren't sent, the "Made with Porsino" badge comes back, and if you have more items than the free limit, the extra ones are locked.

🧩 If you bought modules before

Before plans, Porsino sold "module licenses". The licenses you have keep working exactly as before until they end, and in "My subscription" you renew the same modules for the same term; new purchases are made through plans.

If you buy a plan that includes all the modules of a license, what's left of that license is deducted from the plan's price in proportion to the days remaining and what you paid. A license that includes something outside the plan stays alongside it, so no feature is lost.
