Go to forms🎯 At a glance
Working with Porsino takes three steps: build the form, publish it, and send the link. Responses land in your panel instantly and reports build themselves.
The panel's side menu has everything: "Forms", "Exams", "Contests" and "Resumes" for building; "Templates", "Question bank", "Datasets", "Contacts" and "Inbox" for data; and "My subscription", "Settings", "AI assistant" and "Learn" for your account.
🧭 Step by step
- 1 Click "New form" Give it a title and choose its type: form, survey or exam. You can also start from a template in "Templates".
- 2 Drag a field in from the side panel, or click "Add question" at the bottom of each page 62 field types in eleven categories; if you don't know a field's name, type what you're looking for into the search — such as "calculate" or "upload".
- 3 Click any field to open its settings Title, help text, required, width and validation.
- 4 Click "Publish" Until you publish, the form is not open to anyone.
- 5 Grab the link or QR code from the "Share" tab
💡 Practical tip
Build a small version first and fill it in yourself once; a lot becomes clear while filling it in.
Keep field titles short and put longer explanations in the "Help text" box.
If your form has more than 10 questions, split it into pages. The completion rate goes up noticeably.
In a hurry? In "New form", set "Creation method" to "With AI" and build the form from a single sentence (see the guide "AI").
For common scenarios — course selection, conference registration, hiring exams, customer satisfaction — the guides page has complete step-by-step examples: which questions, which settings, which report.
