Support and tickets
Send a question or problem as a ticket; the reply stays in your panel and you can see when your message was read.
Go to Support📨 Sending a ticket
- 1 In the panel menu, open "Support" → "New ticket". When you're signed in, "Contact us" and the guide pages also show a "Send ticket" button.
- 2 Choose a subject, a category (technical, billing & purchase, account, suggestion or other) and a priority. "Urgent" is for when your work is blocked.
- 3 Describe the problem in detail and, if it's about a form or exam, pick it as the "Related form". You can also attach screenshots or PDFs.
Never write your password or bank card number in a ticket.
💬 Replies and continuing the conversation
Every ticket has a number like T-1405-0012 and the conversation continues there. When support replies you get an email and a new-reply badge appears next to "Support" in the menu.
If the problem is solved, close the ticket and rate the conversation; if it comes back, a new reply reopens the ticket automatically.
✔️ "Sent" and "Seen"
Each of your messages shows "Sent", and "Seen" once support has opened the ticket. Support can also see when you've read their reply — only when you open the ticket yourself.
The notification email only tells you there's a reply and links to it — it doesn't include the reply itself; read it in your panel so the whole conversation stays in one place.
