Which plan should I buy?

🧭 Start from your need

1. 1 First check whether anything is actually locked Many features are included in the free account. A locked feature shows a "Premium" badge, and the "Plan required" window names the cheapest plan that includes it.
2. 2 Find your audience Forms, registrations and surveys → "Forms & surveys"; teachers, schools and institutes → "Exams & education"; organizational units and researchers → "Organizations & research".
3. 3 Pick the cheapest plan that covers everything you need Each tier includes everything in the lower tier of the same audience; the calculator on the "Pricing" page asks a few questions and suggests exactly that.
4. 4 Choose the term: monthly, quarterly or yearly Monthly for one-off work, yearly for ongoing work — it's the best value.

📝 Forms & surveys: Basic, Pro, Business

"Basic": more responses per month, unlimited forms and questions, conditional logic and calculations, response editing and history.

"Pro" (recommended) adds: "People reports", advanced reports, dashboards and PDF, your brand without the Porsino badge and premium themes, payments in forms, API, webhooks and Google Sheets, instant alerts and scheduled reports.

"Business" adds: unlimited responses, a team, approval workflow, invitations and SMS, appointment booking, datasets, custom domain and kiosk.

🎓 Exams & education: Class, School, Institute

Exams with many participants: check the plan's participant limit; for a one-off exam: the "Exam participant pack".

"Class": exam builder and question bank, server-side timer, report cards and certificates, unlimited active exams and "People reports".

"School" (recommended) adds: class roster and device lock, contest builder, PDF reports, premium certificates, invitations and SMS, a team.

"Institute" adds: webcam proctoring and timed sections, unlimited responses, AI assistant, offline collection, kiosk and custom domain.

🏢 Organizations & research: Team, Research, Enterprise

"Team": everything in "Business" plus a larger team and response quotas per group — for organizational units.

"Research" (recommended) adds: research analytics (waves and "Key drivers"), AI assistant and response analysis, offline collection for field interviewers and the exam builder.

"Enterprise": everything, with single sign-on (SSO), webcam-proctored exams, dedicated onboarding and an official pro forma invoice; it isn't sold online and is requested through "Contact us".

📈 Responses and capacity: the response limit, not unlimited forms

Many responses (say, hundreds of students or customers a month) are measured against the plan's monthly response limit; "Unlimited forms and questions" doesn't raise the response limit.

"Who chose what" means "People reports": from "Pro" or "Class" up.

Responses beyond the limit aren't lost; they stay "Queued" and are released the moment you buy a plan.

⬆️ Upgrades, downgrades and renewals

Upgrade: when you buy a higher plan, what's left of your current plan is deducted in proportion to the days remaining and what you paid, and any excess becomes extra days.

Downgrade: a lower plan starts at the end of the current term; until then all your current features stay open.

Renewal: buying the same plan again is added to its end; there's no auto-renewal.

Older module licenses keep working until they end and are renewed in "My subscription"; upgrading to a plan turns what's left of them into credit.

The system administrator sets the prices, and the table below was just read from the server; longer terms cost less per month.

🎁 Trial period, participant pack and resume

If your account is eligible, the middle tier of your audience ("Pro" or "School") is activated free for a few days; with mobile number verification, once per account and per number, and with no payment. Some new accounts also get the trial as a gift after their first publish.

When the trial ends, no data is deleted and nothing is charged; the account returns to the free limits.

The "Exam participant pack" needs no monthly subscription: a set number of person-exams valid for several months, for one class or a school exam; from "My subscription" or the "Plan required" window.

"Resume Pro" is the resume builder's separate plan: all resume and company profile templates, PDF and Word without the Porsino badge, unlimited resumes and premium themes.

📦 Common setups

A serious survey with PDF reports and people's names: "Pro". Paid event registration: "Pro" (payments in forms); with SMS verification or appointment booking: "Business".

Course selection form: "People reports" for each course's name list — from "Pro" or "Class" — with a response limit that covers the number of students.

Class exam: "Class"; only an approved list and device lock: "School"; high-stakes exam with webcam: "Institute".

Organizational form with workflow and a team: "Business"; a large team and quotas per group: "Team"; field surveys and wave analysis: "Research".
