Daily contest

One question a day with a dated link, a leaderboard, a transparent lottery and certificates.

Go to contests

🗓️ Build it in eight steps

  1. 1 In the panel menu choose “Contests” → “New contest”; start from scratch or with one of three ready templates (general knowledge, reading, festivals and national days).
  2. 2 The “Schedule” step: start date and link expiry, when each day's question opens and closes, days without a question and the time per question. All times are Tehran time.
  3. 3 The “Questions” step: pick your existing questions or create them right there; the “pool health” bar tells you whether there are enough and varied enough.
  4. 4 Set scoring, the registration form, prizes and reminders, then press “Publish” in the last step; red checklist items block publishing.
  5. 5 Participants register once with their name and mobile and answer from the same phone every day. Signing in on another phone uses a “sign-in link” sent to their mobile.

🎲 How question selection and hidden answers work

In “random, never repeated” mode each participant's question is picked from that day's set and nobody sees a question twice; each day's difficulty is the same for everyone. In “same for everyone” mode everyone gets the same question each day and only the option order differs.

Each day's correct answers and points stay unannounced until that day's window closes for everyone; participants only see “answer submitted”.

For real variety, put two to three times as many questions in the pool as you need.

⏱️ How timing and scoring work

Answer time is counted on the server from the moment the question is shown; closing the page or changing the phone clock has no effect.

Score = points for correct answers + speed bonus (only with a time limit) + streak bonus for consecutive “all correct” days. A missed day can be made up later for fewer points.

🏅 How winners, the lottery and certificates work

After the contest and its last deadline, the “Winners & certificates” tab opens: the top ranks with their prizes, and a lottery among everyone else who meets the accuracy and attendance conditions.

The lottery has two steps: “publish commitment” fixes the ticket list and publishes the random seed's fingerprint; “draw” reveals the seed. Anyone on the contest page can recompute the result.

“Announce winners” issues gold, silver, bronze, lottery and participation certificates; each has a verification code and QR.

The contest's live view shows today's players, the day-by-day trend, retention and the top players; the report adds difficulty analysis and Excel and PDF exports.

Daily reminders only go to people who agreed at registration and haven't answered today; SMS reminders need a plan with SMS (from "School" up).

Once the first question has been shown, the schedule, selection mode and scoring lock so the contest stays fair; extending the end date is still allowed.

🔑 Free or plan

The free account includes a few short contests with a limited number of participants so you can try it out (the exact numbers are on the free card of the "Pricing" page). The "School" and "Institute" plans (contest builder) remove the limits on contests, days and participants.

A complete example contest is in the "Book-reading contest, from setup to prize draw" tutorial.
