📝 Building in two steps

  1. 1 In the panel menu, under "Create", open "Resumes" "Create resume" for a personal resume and "Create profile" for a company profile.
  2. 2 In "Step 1 of 2 — choose a template", select the type and the "Document language", then click "Use this template" on the template you want "Start with sample content" shows the template filled in; search and the "ATS-friendly", "Iranian standard form" and "Government / official" chips make choosing easier.
  3. 3 Fill in the sections and watch the "Live preview" Each section can be turned on or off with "Show in document" / "Hide in document" and moved around; "≈ … A4 pages" tells you the document's length.
  4. 4 Adjust the look: "Accent color", "Font", "Text size" and "Photo shape" "Change template" whenever you like, without losing any data.
Upload a photo and size it in "Crop photo"; a company profile has a "logo" instead of a photo.
The "Cover letter" tab, next to the same resume, is for writing a cover letter.

📤 Export and public link

The "PDF" and "Word" buttons in the editor export the document. "Share" opens the "Share resume" window: turn on "Public — visible via the link", set the "Page address" and click "Copy".

"Hide email and phone", "Show in search engines" (off by default) and "QR code on the resume" are here too, and "Visit stats" tells you how many times the page has been viewed.

Turning the link off stops the page from opening, but the address is kept; turning it back on brings the same link back to life.

Your resume is yours alone: teammates and system administrators can't see it.
Father's name, national ID and references' contact details are never shown on the public page; "Hide sensitive details" removes them from the document itself as well.

🔑 Free and Pro

The free account includes a few resumes with "Free" templates, and a small "Made with Porsino" badge appears on exports and the public page. Your quota is shown at the top of the resumes page under "Resume quota".

"Basics" and "Pro" templates (all company profiles are Pro), badge-free exports and unlimited resumes are unlocked by the "Resume Pro" plan. If a template is locked, the editor offers "Choose an available template" or "Upgrade", and export stays closed until then.

✨ Resume assistant

The ✨ "assistant" buttons for "Write summary", "Polish writing", "Achievements", "Skills" and "Draft", plus "Create English/Persian version", require a plan with the "AI assistant" and access that the system administrator turns on for the account; the free daily quota doesn't cover them.

The English version is a new resume and counts against your resume quota.
