Booking
Let users pick a free day and time from the calendar.
Go to forms🗓️ Setting up booking
- 1 Add a "Booking" field from the "Date and time" category
- 2 Set the length of each slot and the capacity per slot For example, 30 minutes, 1 person
- 3 Set the working days and the hours for each day
- 4 Add holidays and exceptions
🔐 Why two people can't book the same slot
Each slot's capacity is held by an atomic counter. If two people click the last free place at exactly the same moment, only one succeeds and the other gets a "Fully booked" message.
📎 Appointment management by the user
The user gets a unique link for their appointment and can view it, add it to their own calendar, reschedule or cancel it — up to the deadline you set.
You also see all appointments in the form's "Bookings" tab; this tab appears only when the form has a booking field.
Appointment scheduling is available from the "Business" plan up; a complete example of a booking form is in the guide "Appointment booking for clinics, consultations and services".
