Frequently asked questions

How is a plan different from the old module licences?

Each plan is a well-chosen set of features for one kind of work, with one price; you don't have to assemble features one by one. If you bought modules before, they keep working until they end, and in My subscription you can renew exactly those or upgrade to a plan with the remaining credit.

What happens if I upgrade in the middle of a period?

The unused days of your current plan, in proportion to what you actually paid, are taken off the new plan's price, and the new plan replaces the old one immediately. If your credit is more than the new price, the extra becomes extra days on the new plan.

How do I move to a smaller plan?

The smaller plan starts when your current period ends; until then you keep everything in your current plan and no day is wasted.

What do I get with yearly billing?

With yearly billing you pay for 12 months and use it for 13 months — 1 mo. free. Three-month purchases are also 5% cheaper.

What happens if I go over my monthly response limit?

Respondents notice nothing and no response is lost; the extra responses are stored in the queue and open the moment you buy a plan with a higher limit.

Is there auto-renewal?

No. Nothing is ever charged automatically; we remind you by email before the period ends, and your forms and responses stay after it ends.

How do payment and invoices work?

Through the bank gateway or card-to-card (whichever is active). The plan is activated as soon as the payment is verified, and the official invoice is in My subscription. Discount codes and the first-purchase welcome gift apply to plans too.

Can I try before buying?

Yes; try your audience's middle tier free for 2 days — with mobile number verification, once per account and per number. When it ends, your account goes back to free and no data is deleted.

Do I need a monthly plan for a single class or school exam?

No. The free account includes some new participants every month; for more, get an exam participant pack (each credit is one person in one exam). If exams are your regular work, the Exams & education plans are better value.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes; within 7 working days of purchase, if you haven't used its features yet, the full amount is refunded. Details are in the Cancellation and refunds section of the terms.

The 2-day free trial starts after mobile number verification and is only once per account and per number.
