Settings and security

Anti-spam, team and roles, automatic cleanup, and security and account deletion.

🛡️ Anti-spam

Two safeguards are on by default: a trap field (people can't see it, but bots fill it in) and a minimum fill time. Both are in the editor under "Settings" mode → "Anti-spam": "Honeypot field" and "Minimum fill time (seconds)".

For persistent bots, add the "CAPTCHA" field to the form from the "Automatic and system" category.

The default minimum time is 3 seconds. If you have a very short form and responses are being flagged as "spam", lower this number.

👤 Team and roles

Invite colleagues from "Settings" → "Teams"; once they accept, the team's forms also appear in their own panel.

Roles: owner, admin, designer and viewer. A designer can build forms but can't touch sensitive settings; a viewer only sees reports.

The number of team members depends on your plan: "Business" and "School" include a team, and "Institute" and the "Organizations & research" plans a larger one. A pending invitation also takes a seat.

🧹 Automatic cleanup of unused items

Forms and exams that have sat for 14 days as drafts or published with no responses, and resumes unused for 30 days, get three email reminders a week apart before anything happens. If you do nothing, the item moves to the "Trash" a few days after the last reminder and can be restored with one click for up to 30 days.

Click "Keep it" to leave that item untouched for 90 days; editing, publishing or receiving a response also takes it out of the queue. The list of reminders is in "Settings" → "Automatic cleanup".

Archived items and items locked by the free plan limits are never cleaned up.

🔐 Account and data security

Every page is served over HTTPS, passwords are stored only as hashes, and no one — not even the system administrators — can see them. Porsino does not sell your data or give it to anyone for advertising.

"Settings" → "Security" is where you change your password and find "Delete account". Export your data before deleting; deletion can't be undone.
