  • Iranian private companies
  • Factories and production units
  • Schools and training centers
  • Retailers and distribution companies
  • In-person hiring
  • Anyone asked for a “résumé form”

This template has a linear structure that applicant tracking systems read correctly, so it suits both job boards and direct applications.

About the Iranian résumé form · Classic design

Many Iranian companies and offices still ask for a resume in the classic “résumé form” format: a table for name, date of birth, marital status and military service, an ID photo box and separate tables for education, experience, courses and skills. This template implements that structure with clean typography and proper spacing, so you hand in a tidy document instead of a crooked handwritten form.

The main advantage of this template is the Word export: the tables stay real tables in Word, so if the employer asks you to complete the form in their own file or add a column, the structure doesn’t fall apart. The PDF version is ready for email and print too.

The “Classic” variation draws the tables with grey lines and dark headings; the most familiar look for an HR officer.

A photo frame is part of this design; you choose the photo shape (round, rounded, square or no photo) yourself.

Sections in this template

A resume in this template is made of these sections; each has its own form in the editor:

  • Header and contact details: Name, job title, email, phone, city, website and photo (optional).
  • Professional summary: Three or four sentences about your specialty, years of experience and most important achievement.
  • Work experience: Title, organization, city, start and end dates and up to 12 achievement bullets per job.
  • Education: Degree, field, university, years and GPA.
  • Skills: With levels from one to five and groups (for example software, programming languages, soft skills).
  • Languages: Each language with its proficiency level.
  • Certificates and courses: Course name, issuer, date and verification link.
  • Projects: Name, your role, link and a short description.
  • Awards and links: Awards, rankings and your LinkedIn, GitHub or portfolio link.
  • Interests: A few short items that show your personality.

Reorder sections by dragging and hide any you don’t need; that section’s data isn’t deleted and comes back whenever you want.

Tips for filling in this template

  • Order sections by importance for that particular job ad; you rearrange them by dragging in the appearance settings.
  • In a single-column template, keep each experience bullet to one line starting with an action verb: “launched”, “reduced”.
  • Write your job title in exactly the words of the job ad so the screening system can find it.
  • If you have more than ten years of experience, summarize older jobs in one line so the resume doesn’t exceed two pages.
